The Miss Italia Sud Africa pageant was held at the Sandton Convention Centre on April 18. The winner was Simona Ferrari, with Christina Panebianco (right) and Gia Capaso (left) in second and third places respectively.Simona will compete at the Miss Italia nel Mondo pageant, in Italy, as Miss South Africa, and Christina will compete as Miss Africa.
