The New Face of Cavendish Square 2009 winner is Tamsin Groom. Competing in her first ever pageant, Tamsin beat a host of Capetonian beauties to win the title.
The pageant, open to young ladies aged 16 to 21, offers prizes valued at over R100,000 to the winners. The winner also wins a modelling contract with a leading Cape Town model agency.
19-year-old Tamsin, who hails from Kwazulu-Natal, will be attempting to qualify for the Miss SA pageant finals when she competes in the semi-finals at Sun City later this month.
