Denver Burns from Port Elizabeth is Mr South Africa 2010. He is a lawyer specialising in litigation, and is also an avid sportsman having been a member of the Eastern Province provincial water polo team for the past 5 years. Second place went to Patrick Kasongo from Durban, and third place went to Ruan Groenewald from Cape Town.What is glaringly obvious is that physical attractiveness is becoming less and less important in this pageant. I'm not quite certain what the purpose and objectives of this pageant are, but winning an international title does not appear to be very high on it's list of priorities. With one exception, these gentlemen would not even garner a second glance on Clifton 4 during the Christmas holidays.
Oh well! I suppose there's always next year!
