Against all expectations, South Africa's Jacques Fagan failed to make the Top 10 and Top 5 at the Mr Universe Model pageant last night after having been included in the Top 15. I say against expectations since he was widely tipped to be a shoo-in for the Top 5 and a favourite to win the title.Congratulations to Mr Venezuela who was named Mr Universe Model. His runners-up were Dominican Republic, Luxembourg, Bolivia and Slovenia.
