24-year old Mayra Aldana (photo) will represent El Salvador at the upcoming Miss Universe 2011 pageant to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Aldana, who stands 1.70 m in height, came in substitution of the original winner of Nuestra Belleza Bicentenario, Alejandra Ochoa, crowned last June 30. Ochoa cannot attend the Miss Universe 2011 because to a helth condition.



Aldana was first runner in Nuestra Belleza, according to contest rules she must replace Ochoa.
