Miss Nicaragua, Kathiel Lampson, was crowned Princess of the World 2009 in Prague on Saturday night. She beat 39 other contestants to win the pageant that also goes by the title Miss World & Europe Junior. South Africa's Kim Senogles placed second, and third place went to Katrina Pavia from Malta.Kim is a former Miss SA Teen finalist and was the first runner-up to Miss Earth SA 2008. With her second place, she becomes the first contestant from South Africa in four attempts to finish in the Final 3 at the pageant. Bravo Kim!
